The Priory Learning Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join the heart of our community at East Huntspill Primary School. You will play a vital role in our daily school life - supervising outdoor play and fostering social skills, improving outcomes and providing first-class support for our students. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to gain experience and start a career in education!

As part of this role, you will:

  • Support children in their physical play by providing encouragement, support, advice and guidance.
  • Help develop positive behaviours, working collaboratively with the existing lunchtime team and support staff.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of working within a school is ideal but not essential.
  • Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Patience, motivation, flexibility and adaptability.
