About the Role… As Resource Manager , you’ll be the engine of the studio, making sure every project has the right people, skills, and time allocated to deliver seamlessly. You’ll work closely with Producers, Account Managers, and Creative/Developer teams to traffic work through the studio, balancing workloads, spotting pinch points, and ensuring deadlines are achievable. You’ll also help forecast upcoming projects, giving visibility on resourcing needs and enabling the team to deliver work to the highest standard. It’s a pivotal role, sitting at the centre of the agency, where your organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities will make a real impact on the efficiency and success of the team. About You… To be considered for this Resource / Studio Manager role, you\’ll have experience of working in a fast paced agency environment (digital is essential). You’re a highly organised and proactive studio professional, experienced in resource management, trafficking, or coordination within a creative or digital agency. Confident working with Producers, Project Managers, and Devs and Creatives, you know how to forecast workloads, balance multiple projects, and flag capacity issues early. Approachable and collaborative, you thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing structure, clarity, and calm while building strong relationships across teams.
