Then this one is for you...we're proud to be partnering with a leading company who specialise in consumer healthcare. They're now looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to take the reigns of some of their key brands. This is an ideal role for a Senior Account Manager or an Account Director from a shopper marketing agency!

About the role...

As Shopper Marketing Manager, you will bring the voice of the shopper into the category growth teams, ensuring winning strategies across multiple channels. You’ll develop a deep understanding of shopper profiles and behaviors, and take ownership of defining and executing shopper strategies nationwide to deliver impactful brand and category outcomes at both online and offline points of sale. You’ll guide customers with insights that meet shoppers’ needs, act as a champion for category, shopper, and future retail-focused thinking, and serve as a key link between brand marketing strategy, customer requirements, and activation agencies to deliver a compelling trade proposition.

What we're looking for...

To be considered for this Shopper Marketing Manager role, you’ll need previous experience in shopper marketing, ideally within consumer healthcare or FMCG, combined with strong executional and leadership skills. You should be strategic, analytical, and creative, able to balance long-term priorities with short-term business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Excellent collaboration, influence, and team spirit are key, as is being digitally savvy, customer-focused, and commercially aware, with experience in trade or shopper marketing.
