ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with a growing retail brand who are continuing to invest heavily into their ecommerce and digital growth strategy. As part of their next phase of growth, they’re now looking for a commercially driven Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead online trading performance and customer experience across their DTC channels.

About the role…

This is a senior, hands-on ecommerce position with responsibility for driving online revenue, improving conversion and overseeing the wider digital customer journey across web, app and CRM channels.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Leading ecommerce trading activity across the website and app, focusing on performance, UX, merchandising and conversion
  • Managing the delivery of the digital trading calendar, including launches, campaigns and promotional activity
  • Using analytics, CRO and testing strategies to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
  • Overseeing CRM and lifecycle activity, including customer journeys, retention campaigns and automated email flows
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, creative and development teams to continuously improve the customer experience

This role would suit someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for ecommerce, customer experience and digital growth. You’ll be highly ecommerce-focused, data-driven and confident balancing trading performance with premium brand presentation.
