ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a growing experiential agency, recognised for delivering standout live events, immersive brand activations, and high-impact experiential campaigns for some incredible brands. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Senior Event Manager to lead the delivery of multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.

About the role… You’ll work closely with creative, production, and external partners to deliver ambitious experiential campaigns, live events, and activations on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. The agency is looking for someone who is highly adaptable, commercially aware, and experienced in managing quick-turnaround projects without compromising quality or client experience.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Leading and delivering multiple live event and experiential projects from brief through to completion
  • Managing fast-paced project timelines, budgets, logistics, production schedules, and onsite delivery
  • Turning around projects and events within short lead times while maintaining exceptional standards
  • Acting as the senior point of contact across clients, suppliers, venues, production teams, and freelancers
  • Overseeing onsite execution and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and successfully

About you… You’re an experienced Senior Project Manager, Senior Event Manager, or Experiential Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering multiple projects at pace within an agency environment. You’re commercially minded, calm under pressure, and highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy the challenge of tight turnaround times, and bring a proactive, solutions-led mindset to every project.

What we’re looking for…

  • Proven experience delivering multiple live events, activations, or experiential campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong experience managing quick-turnaround, fast-paced projects from concept to delivery
  • Excellent project management, budgeting, and resource planning skills
  • Experience working within experiential, events, or creative agencies
  • Confident managing stakeholders, suppliers, production partners, and external teams
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure
