About the company…
Our client is on the hunt for a talented Senior Digital Designer to join the highly creative team in their Leeds office. This agency specialises in all things Web Development and Software. Clients wise, this agency works with a string of exciting household named brands across the charity, education, tourism and much more. These guys operate a hybrid working policy which requires 2 days a week in their Leeds office which is based in the City Centre.
About the Role:
- Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining component-based design systems in Figma for consistency and scalability.
- You will collaborate with clients to build or evolve brands for digital experiences, ensuring brand guidelines are effectively applied.
- Using motion design, you will enhance user experiences by creating dynamic interactions and concept pieces aligned with UX principles.
- Focusing on user-centered design, you will improve user flow, accessibility, and responsiveness to create seamless digital experiences.
- You will present designs to clients, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with their needs.
- Managing feedback efficiently, you will balance design integrity with technical requirements.
- Taking ownership of projects, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery while maintaining high quality.
- Collaborating with internal teams, you will refine designs, ensure technical feasibility, and support a smooth handoff.
- Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, you will bring fresh ideas and share knowledge to elevate the team's output.
About you…
To be considered for this Senior Designer role, you’ll have a visual design background. Your portfolio must contain strong visual design, with particular experience in developing design systems for websites, with a focus on brand application and creation. You’ll have agency experience and a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and flair, particularly with web projects. Additionally, you’ll need experience leading large-scale web projects and working directly with clients at a senior level.
