Overview

Senior Account Manager — Outskirts of Leeds | Hybrid (1–2 days in office)

We’re working with a fast-growing creative agency on the outskirts of Leeds, known for delivering standout brand experiences across POS, digital, print, and exhibitions. With some of the UK’s most recognisable retail brands on their books, they’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and understands how great campaigns are delivered, not just creatively, but systematically.

About the Company

This agency has grown from its POS roots into a fully integrated creative and production partner, delivering high-volume campaigns across digital and physical spaces. From concept through to delivery, their work brings retail brands to life across store windows, fixtures, events, and more. The team is down-to-earth, ambitious, and supportive with a strong leadership structure and exciting growth plans.

About the Role

You’ll take the lead on a major national retail account, acting as a day-to-day partner to the client offering support, structure, and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the operational and delivery side of client services: managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and the detailed workflows that keep large campaigns running smoothly. A key part of the role involves working on toolkits so experience producing or managing rollout toolkits for retail or POS campaigns will be essential. You’ll also be required to visit store locations to view window displays and ensure the final output aligns with the creative intent and technical brief.

While you\\\’ll work alongside creatives and strategists, your real value lies in making sure campaigns are executed with precision on time, on budget, and to spec.

About You

You come from a retail or POS agency background and understand toolkits, how they’re built, and how to manage them through production and rollout. You\\\’re confident working with suppliers, internal teams, and clients, and you\\\’re not fazed by a campaign with lots of moving parts.

You’re confident in spreadsheets, timelines, and project systems, and know how to keep campaigns tracking efficiently. You’re also comfortable travelling occasionally to visit stores or installations, and take pride in making sure what’s delivered looks just as good in the real world as it does on screen. Above all, you\\\’re a strong communicator, a natural relationship builder, and someone who brings structure, confidence, and clarity to every project.

If you’re ready for a role where you can bring your experience to one of the UK’s most exciting retail accounts, we’d love to hear from you. This is one of several roles we\\\’re hiring for at ThePlaceToBe, so feel free to get in touch for a chat.
