Working with retail, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands, they’re known for their brilliant culture, collaborative approach, and high-impact integrated delivery from concept through to activation and rollout.
About the role… As Senior Account Director, you’ll be the strategic lead and senior client partner across key accounts, overseeing integrated campaigns from brief to execution. This role suits someone who enjoys staying close to the work providing strategic direction while remaining hands-on in delivery. You’ll ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly, commercially, and to the highest creative standard.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic partner
- Shaping briefs and overseeing delivery across creative, strategy, brand activation and experiential campaigns
- Driving projects from concept through to activation and rollout
- Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget
- Leading and developing the Client Services team
- Collaborating closely with creative and strategy teams to maintain quality
- Supporting agency growth through pitches and organic account development
About you… You’re an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director who thrives in an integrated agency. You enjoy leading at a senior level but still like being hands-on in campaign delivery. You’re commercially aware, strategically confident, and passionate about great creative work.
