About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Packaging Designer to join a dynamic product design team. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing visually engaging, brand-aligned packaging across a variety of toy categories. This is a hands-on, creative role where you’ll take ideas from initial concept through to final production, collaborating closely with product designers, marketers, and manufacturers to ensure packaging stands out on shelves and performs in real-world conditions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing unique, market-ready packaging solutions from concept to production
- Creating dielines, mock-ups, and packaging artwork with strong visual appeal
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets brand and functional goals
- Preparing accurate control drawings and final artwork for print and production
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality and feasibility in manufacturing
About You…
You’ll be a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a solid understanding of packaging structure and materials. You love developing packaging that doesn’t just look great—but works great too. You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in packaging design preferably in toys, consumer products, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A strong understanding of print production, dielines, and packaging construction
- Experience with 3D rendering tools (e.g. Keyshot, Cinema4D) is a plus
- If you do your own illustrations – excellent!
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
