About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and delivering complex projects from brief through to execution. Acting as a senior contact for clients, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget while maintaining strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading key client relationships and acting as the senior point of contact across multiple accounts
  • Managing complex projects from brief to delivery, ensuring budgets, timelines and quality standards are achieved
  • Providing strategic direction, commercial oversight and identifying opportunities for account growth
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment between client objectives and project delivery
  • Managing risk, protecting project scope and supporting forecasting and financial planning
  • Mentoring junior team members while representing the business in client, industry and new business environments

About You

You'll be a confident and commercially minded Senior Account Manager with experience delivering complex projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable making decisions and know how to balance client expectations with commercial realities.

  • Experience delivering complex retail, activation or POS programmes
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware approach
  • Experience within a purpose-led or B Corp organisation is advantageous
