About the role… As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted client partner, leading day-to-day relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. You’ll shape and interpret retail-focused briefs, develop impactful retail toolkits, and provide clear direction to studio teams working collaboratively across creative, production, and project management to deliver high-quality integrated campaigns.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships as the primary day-to-day contact
  • Shaping and translating retail and brand activation briefs into clear internal direction
  • Developing and rolling out retail toolkits and activation guidelines
  • Briefing and collaborating with creative, studio, and production teams
  • Overseeing timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure smooth, profitable delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add commercial value
