Due to expansion, they are looking for a Client Services Director to join the team. This agency is known for bold creative thinking, strong client partnerships, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. They’re entering a hugely exciting phase of growth, and this is a new senior role with genuine potential to become a partner in the business and help shape its future.

About the role… As Client Services Director, you’ll play a key role in leading client relationships, driving growth, and building the agency’s client services offering alongside the Founder. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys combining strategy with delivery.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Owning and leading senior client relationships across fashion and retail brands
  • Working closely with the Founder to identify, target, and win new business opportunities
  • Developing tailored pitches and leading client presentations
  • Ensuring best-in-class delivery of brand activation campaigns that exceed client expectations
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the client services team to support agency growth
