About the role...

As a Head of SEO, you’ll be take charge of organic search operations for the agency.

What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Work with key agency clients and assist with the strategic SEO plans and roadmaps
  • Assist with team development, recruitment and mentoring
  • Liaise closely with client and act as the centralised SEO contact
  • Take part in new business pitches and assist director with agency growth ideas
  • Work closely with the Paid Media lead to ensure organic search and paid search is collaborating well
  • Supply ideas around growth areas of SEO and invest time to ensure the latest technology is being used

About you...

To be considered for this Head of SEO role you must have a passion for all things organic search.

  • Strong experience working in an SEO focused role
  • Ability to plan out complex SEO strategies
  • Great understanding of technical SEO elements (audits, migrations etc)
  • Passion for the latest technology and be extremely innovative with processes

You must be able to commute to North Leeds, 3 days a week.
