This agency specialises in shopper-led, commercially creative campaigns across retail, digital, experiential, and below the line channels, helping brands connect with consumers at the point of purchase and beyond.
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key FMCG and retail client accounts, leading shopper-focused campaigns that drive engagement and commercial results in store and across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Managing and growing strong client relationships, acting as their trusted day to day partner
- Briefing and overseeing creative, artwork, and production teams on shopper, retail, digital, and experiential projects
- Delivering integrated campaigns, including POS, promotional marketing, retail activations, and in store experiences
- Leading projects end to end, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and on brand
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, delegating tasks and helping develop their skills
About you:
This role would suit a confident Senior Account Manager who thrives in a shopper and retail focused, fast-paced agency environment and enjoys being hands on with both client management and creative delivery.

- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within an agency environment
