About the role… As Senior Brand Strategist, you’ll be the strategic engine behind brand transformation. You’ll dig deep into audiences, culture, category and commercial goals to uncover the insights that drive powerful brand positioning. From workshops and research through to shaping messaging frameworks, brand architectures and creative springboards, you’ll help set the direction that the creative teams bring to life. You’ll collaborate across strategy, creative, client services and design, influencing thinking at every stage and ensuring every brand story is rooted in clarity, ambition and smart strategic foundations.
About you… To be considered for this Senior Brand Strategist role, we’re looking for someone who’s already cut their teeth in a strategists’ seat, whether that’s in a brand, creative or integrated agency. You’ll bring a proven track record in brand strategy development, experience turning insight into strong, distinctive brand propositions, confidence leading client workshops and stakeholder conversations, analytical strength with the ability to translate data into sharp strategic recommendations and a natural curiosity, cultural awareness and a love for brands that think differently.
