About the role
As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects and events, managing everything from initial planning through to onsite delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and within budget.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing multiple events and projects from brief through to delivery
- Developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, budgets and production schedules
- Managing client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Coordinating suppliers, production partners and operational teams
- Leading onsite event delivery and troubleshooting where needed
- Managing budgets, invoicing and cost reconciliation
- Working closely with creative, production and operations teams
- Ensuring all projects meet health, safety and risk management requirements
About you
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from an events, experiential, production or agency background who enjoys managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong budget and commercial awareness
- Experience managing suppliers, logistics and production teams
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality work
