About the role...
As a Senior CRO Manager, you’ll sit within a large technical team and take lead upon the agency’s CRO operations.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Designing and executing structured A/B testing programmes with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
- Identifying conversion opportunities through UX analysis and eCommerce best practice.
- Using quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights and inform optimisation decisions.
- Defining success metrics and ensuring testing is statistically robust and commercially meaningful.
- Managing test pipelines to ensure efficient delivery and clear client visibility.
- Interpreting results and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Reviewing customer journeys to identify friction across key conversion points.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure recommendations are practical and effective.
- Working closely with data and analytics teams to support deeper insight and tracking.
About you...
To be considered for this Senior CRO Manager role you must have a passion for all things UX optimisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering CRO programmes in an agency or eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodology, including hypothesis creation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with leading CRO tools and web analytics platforms.
- A solid understanding of UX, eCommerce design patterns and conversion principles.
- Confidence analysing data and turning insight into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, including presenting to clients.
You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 2 days a week.
