About the role...
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in writing, ideally in an agency environment. You'll bring strong experience in campaigns, and ideally experience in internal communications and events.
You'll be developing integrated content strategies and message frameworks for internal comms, B2B and some B2C clients.
The nitty gritty...
- Work closely with senior leadership to storyboard their messaging through presentation, film, and written content
- Find the human story behind a business challenge and write about it in an impactful way.
- You will be working on pitches and client proposals, writing them, leading the thinking behind them and presenting back to clients
- You'll be bringing fresh, big ideas and a curios, open mind to the table- ready to challenge and interrogate any briefs that come your way
- Be the storyteller for the agency- building their brand and shaping the way they present themselves- this could be through a case study, a blog post, or a newsletter
About you...
Most importantly, you're a natural born storyteller- you're sharp, savvy and have an inquiring mind.
You have your finger on the pulse of what's happening in the world, and in the social and digital space, and can use this to give the agency that cutting edge.
What we're looking for...
- Strong agency experience, as a Copywriter, Content Strategist or something else that has you crafting narratives and shaping messaging
- Somebody with good experience of hybrid events and internal engagement
- Interested in shaping the trajectory of a growing agency, the role has potential for line management further down the road
