ThePlaceToBe are working with a growing integrated marketing agency in Leeds who are expanding their motion capability and investing heavily in video and animation across brand, digital and campaign work. Motion isn’t an add-on here; as their client portfolio grows, they’re now looking to strengthen their team with 2 Motion Specialists at mid and senior level, who can help elevate the agency’s motion offering across campaigns and platforms.

About the roles...

The agency is looking to hire 2 Motion Specialists, one mid-level and one senior to strengthen the motion team and help deliver high-quality creative across integrated campaigns.

What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Designing and producing motion graphics, video content and animation across integrated campaigns
  • Creating assets for social, digital, paid media, brand launches and content-led campaigns
  • Translating creative concepts into engaging, platform-ready motion
  • Collaborating closely with designers, strategists and account teams to elevate ideas through motion
  • Ensuring all motion work is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and consistently across campaigns

About you...

To be considered for these Motion roles, you’re passionate about motion and understand how it plays a role within integrated marketing campaigns.

What we’re looking for...

  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, video editing and typography
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and ideally Cinema 4D
  • Experience working across digital, social and integrated campaigns
  • Leadership or mentoring experience (for senior roles), or ambition to grow into it
  • Organised, deadline-driven and excited by pushing creative boundaries
