About the role
Leading a team of people across the entire social arm ensuring clients briefs are met and exceeded accordingly. This will include being involved and spearheading all client briefs, problem solving and leading from the front on the ideation piece.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Be the main POC for all of the agency's clients that have a social package.
- Ensuring the team work to deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborating with the wider business to align on the bigger picture.
- Constantly wanting to evolve yourself as a professional and the social media division in order to provide the best results possible that the agency are well known for.
- Creating engaging, scroll-stopping content with a heavy focus on TikTok, who is passionate about the power of this platform.
About you
This role would suit someone with a keen eye for detail, somebody who is a firm believer in the small intricacies of a big social campaign. You will have been in the world of social media for a number of years and have a very strong understanding of every part of the social media lifecycle.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience working with globally known household names.
- Experience managing a team comprising of Execs, Account Managers, Content creators across both paid and organic.
- Somebody who is passionate and really believes in the power of social - with some great examples of work they have been involved in.
- Somebody who has previous notable successes in winning business via pitching and upselling.
