This agency has continued to grow from strength to strength and now needs extra freelance support across a busy and exciting pipeline of work. About the role… As a Freelance Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting core client accounts, confidently taking briefs, and keeping projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

  • Building strong, long-lasting client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
  • Taking and shaping briefs, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal teams
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Maintaining regular client communication, keeping everyone informed and supported at every stage
