ThePlaceToBe are partnering with a rapidly growing experiential agency in Leeds, known for delivering standout live events and brand activations for some incredible brands. As the agency continues to grow, they’re looking for an experienced Event Project Manager who thrives on ownership, delivery, and bringing ambitious ideas to life.
This is a hands-on, project-led role where you’ll take ownership from initial brief through to final delivery working closely with client services and creative teams to deliver high-quality events, activations, and experiential campaigns on time and within budget. You’ll be managing a varied mix of projects, from large-scale live events and immersive brand activations through to experiential builds and production-led campaigns.
- Managing projects end-to-end, from planning through to onsite delivery
- Leading the execution of live events, activations, and experiential campaigns
- Managing timelines, budgets, logistics, and project scope
- Working collaboratively with creative and client services teams to bring ideas to life
- Managing suppliers, venues, production partners, and freelancers
- Problem-solving onsite and ensuring smooth event delivery under pressure
You’re an experienced Event Project Manager, Events Manager, or Experiential Project Manager with a strong background in live events, brand activations, or experiential marketing. You’re highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple moving parts while keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
