About the role...
As an Events Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of a variety of events from initial brief through to execution and post-event evaluation. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll ensure every event is delivered seamlessly, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
What you'll be doing day to day...
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of live, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their key point of contact throughout projects.
- Develop project timelines, schedules, and event plans to ensure smooth delivery.
- Source and manage venues, suppliers, production partners, and event logistics.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct site visits and attend events, managing on-site delivery where required.
- Prepare client proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and support new business initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.
