About the role... As a Digital Account Director, you’ll be taking lead upon client service and client growth for a selection of the agencies key clients.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
- Work with clients to plan strategy across PPC, SEO, CRO, Data Analytics, Web/UX and much more.
- Liaise closely with the Web Project Managers to ensure builds are on time.
- Tasked in developing client relationships and spotting opportunity to grow accounts (cross / up sell methods).
- Take part in recruiting and hiring new people within the client service team.
- Lead upon all major tier 1 clients and help develop tier 2.
- Work closely with senior leadership and help with any growth elements.
About you... To be considered for this Digital Account Director role you must have a passion for all things Web Development and E-Commerce.
What we’re looking for...
- Strong experience working within a client service / project management focused role.
- Ability to plan strategy and account manage across Web/UX, SEO, PPC, Content, and CRO.
- Experience working with B2B or B2C E-Commerce brands.
- Passion for the latest technology and be extremely innovative with processes.
- Experience within team leadership and mentoring.
- Commercial attitude and be passionate about client growth and return.
You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 3 days a week.
