Working with globally recognised brands across lifestyle, retail, and health & beauty, this agency has built an outstanding reputation for delivering strategic branding, creative campaigns, and design that makes a real impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing client relationships with project delivery in a fast-paced creative environment. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from initial brief through to final delivery, while helping to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Managing multiple branding, design, and creative projects from briefing through to delivery. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional experience. Coordinating internal creative teams, timelines, budgets, and resources to keep projects on track. Identifying opportunities to add value for clients and support the continued growth of key accounts. Collaborating with designers and creatives to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations. This role would suit someone with experience in a creative, branding, or integrated agency who enjoys both the commercial and project management side of client services. You'll be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding creative work. Previous experience in an Account Manager, Creative Project Manager, or similar client services role within a creative agency. Strong project management skills with experience overseeing budgets, schedules, and multiple workstreams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to manage client expectations. Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts. A collaborative approach with a genuine appreciation for branding, design, and creative excellence.
