We’re working with a well-established retail brand as they continue to invest in brand and customer engagement. Known for quality products and a strong trading presence, the business is focused on enhancing how it connects with customers across stores, online, and experiential activity.
About the role… Joining an established marketing team, you’ll lead how the brand is experienced across multiple channels, managing press activity, partnerships, and collaborations that connect with cultural and community audiences. You’ll work with influencers and tastemakers to amplify the brand, while curating high-touch customer experiences, from private appointments to exclusive previews. Collaborating across marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams, you’ll deliver campaigns, activations, and events that drive visibility, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
- Leading brand engagement initiatives that support wider marketing and business goals
- Building and managing relationships with external partners, suppliers, and cultural contacts
- Planning and delivering brand-led campaigns, launches, and customer-focused activity
- Supporting product launches and promotional initiatives across key channels
- Contributing to in-store and community events, previews, and brand experiences
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure activity aligns with marketing strategy and trading priorities
About you… You’ll have a strong background in brand, partnerships, and experiential marketing within fashion or lifestyle with a talent for building relationships across media, creative, and influencer networks. Confident in presenting and pitching ideas, you turn concepts into well-executed activity, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments while also leading projects independently.
