About the role...
As a Head of Digital Projects, you’ll be taking lead of all things Web Development projects and operations, with the support of an established management.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
- Lead the delivery of all client work to agreed budgets, timeframes, and specs
- Drive operational efficiency and quality across squads and projects
- Manage and support Project and Delivery Managers, holding regular personal development meetings
- Take ownership of Project and Delivery management recruitment for the team
- Work closely with the Head of Developments to align tech and delivery operations
- Lead upon budgets for the projects and delivery teams including salary costs, recruitment spends, bonus travel etc
- Champion use of best-practice methodologies (hybrid waterfall / agile)
About you...
To be considered for this Head of Digital Projects role you must have a passion for all things Web Development and E-Commerce.
What we're looking for...
- Strong experience within a Senior Technical focused Project Management role
- Ability to manage end to end Web/UX projects whilst using Waterfall or Agile methodologies
- Experience working with B2B or B2C E-Commerce brands
- Passion for the latest technology and be extremely innovative with processes
- Experience managing PM / DM teams whilst getting involved in team growth and development
- Commercial attitude and be passionate about client growth and return
You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 3 days a week.
