About the role

As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s ecommerce performance, focusing on driving traffic, improving conversion, and increasing online revenue across their digital channels.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • Owning and optimising the ecommerce website to improve conversion, UX, and performance
  • Using CRO, SEO, A/B testing, and onsite merchandising to drive growth
  • Planning and delivering ecommerce campaigns around seasonal moments and product launches
  • Building and managing the CRM strategy to improve personalisation, engagement, and retention
  • Working closely with marketing, tech partners, and agencies across PPC, paid social, email, and affiliates

About you
