Ecommerce Manager - £Outskirts of Leeds – Hybrid working, 2-3 days WFH

As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s ecommerce performance, focusing on driving traffic, improving conversion, and increasing online revenue across their digital channels:
- Owning and optimising the ecommerce website to improve conversion, UX, and performance
- Using CRO, SEO, A/B testing, and onsite merchandising to drive growth
- Planning and delivering ecommerce campaigns around seasonal moments and product launches
- Building and managing the CRM strategy to improve personalisation, engagement, and retention
- Working closely with marketing, tech partners, and agencies across PPC, paid social, email, and affiliates
