About the role:

As Group Account Director, you'll play a crucial role in leading and managing existing client accounts while driving business growth and fostering exceptional client relationships. Day to day, you'll be leading a small team of account managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding branding and packaging design solutions for your clients. You'll be developing and executing strategic account plans to meet client objectives, delivering project excellence! You'll have a commercial head on your shoulders and an eye for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and participating in new business pitches to expand the agency's client portfolio.

About you:

To be considered for this Group Account Director role, you'll have experience of working in a branding agency, with experience of leading relationships with large consumer brands. Packaging design experience/knowledge is essential - you'll know your way around portfolio architecture! You'll have proven experience of developing and executing strategic account plans to meet client objectives, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and project success.
