About the role…
As a Shopper Activation Manager, you will lead all customer marketing activity across grocery and convenience turning brand and commercial objectives into high-impact shopper campaigns and in store activations that drive conversion. You’ll manage two direct reports, work closely with Sales and Marketing as well as external partners, and ensure the brand is represented consistently and effectively across all retail partners.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Lead customer marketing activity across retail channels, including sales communications, tools, in-store activations, and point-of-sale materials
- Leading customer-specific activation planning across grocery & convenience
- Creating shopper campaigns, toolkits and retailer-ready assets
- Own trade comms and managing trade press visibility throughout the year
- Manage external agencies to deliver best-in-class shopper and activation work
About you…
A commercially minded, highly organised, confident with customers and passionate about fast-paced FMCG. You’ll enjoy turning data into action, brand strategy into activation, and insights into ideas that retailers want to buy into.
What we\’re looking for…
- Strong customer activation or shopper marketing experience within FMCG
- Experience managing agencies and leading the activation process end-to-end
- Ability to translate commercial objectives into shopper-first campaigns
- Comfortable analysing category data and turning insights into persuasive retailer stories
- Confident working on strategy and contributing to the brand planning process
