As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of the brand’s ecommerce performance, focusing on driving traffic, improving conversion, and increasing online revenue across their digital channels.
- Owning and optimising the ecommerce website to improve conversion, UX, and performance
- Using CRO, SEO, A/B testing, and onsite merchandising to drive growth
- Planning and delivering ecommerce campaigns around seasonal moments and product launches
- Building and managing the CRM strategy to improve personalisation, engagement, and retention
- Working closely with marketing, tech partners, and agencies across PPC, paid social, email, and affiliates
This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, hands-on, and confident owning an ecommerce channel end to end, with a genuine interest in digital performance and customer behaviour.
Proven experience in an ecommerce or digital role with responsibility for growing online sales.
