A fantastic opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager to join a leading B2B retailer in North Yorkshire!
About the Company…
Based in North Yorkshire, this retailer is on a mission to make top-quality products easily accessible to both trade professionals and home improvement enthusiasts. With a growing online presence and ambitious growth plans, they’re now looking for a commercially savvy and hands-on Ecommerce Manager to take their digital channels to the next level.
About the Role…
As Ecommerce Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end optimisation of online sales channels, driving traffic, revenue, and customer engagement. You’ll own the ecommerce website, using CRO, SEO, A/B testing, and effective merchandising to improve performance, while planning and delivering campaigns across seasonal moments and product launches. You’ll build and manage the brand’s CRM strategy to enhance personalisation and retention and work closely with marketing to optimise digital channels including PPC, paid social, email, and affiliates. From managing onsite content to liaising with tech partners and agencies, you’ll ensure a seamless, data-driven approach to ecommerce that’s always evolving with customer behaviour and industry trends.
About you…
To be considered for this Ecommerce Manager role you’ll need experience in a similar ecommerce or digital role where you’ve been responsible for growing online sales. You should be confident working across all key digital channels like email, paid social, and search to drive traffic to a website and convert that into sales. Experience building and managing a CRM strategy to engage customers and boost retention is also key. You’ll be organised, commercially minded, and comfortable working with different teams to bring campaigns to life. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a B2B trade or retail environment, but this isn’t essential.
