Leading Digital Agency

Leeds – Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity for a Digital PR Strategist to join a fast-growing, award-winning agency!

About the Agency…

This forward-thinking agency blends creativity with smart, data-led strategy to deliver campaigns that don’t just make headlines, but also drive visibility, growth, and measurable results. Partnering with ambitious brands across a variety of sectors, they have a reputation for producing standout digital PR campaigns that capture attention and spark conversation.

Teamwork is central to their approach. PR, SEO, content, and creative specialists work side by side to deliver campaigns that land impact across multiple channels. With a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and pace, this is an environment where bold ideas come to life and make a real difference.

About the Role…

As a Digital PR Strategist, you’ll be at the heart of your accounts responsible for developing, pitching, and delivering creative campaigns, alongside managing ongoing reactive PR. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, set KPIs, and deliver activity that generates results across brand, SEO, and PR objectives.

You’ll oversee campaign ideation, press release creation, media outreach, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. A key element of the role will be guiding and mentoring junior team members, supporting them in media relations, outreach, and campaign delivery.

Success will come from your ability to spot newsworthy opportunities, craft stories that journalists want to cover, and deliver results that demonstrate clear ROI. You’ll also collaborate with SEO and creative colleagues to ensure campaigns go further than links, driving meaningful impact for clients.

About You…

To be considered for this Digital PR Strategist role, you’ll bring at least 3 years’ agency experience in PR, with a solid grounding in digital, SEO, and social. You’ll be confident managing multiple client accounts, setting KPIs, and reporting on performance.

Strong media relations skills are essential, along with the ability to sell in stories and secure high-quality coverage. You’ll have a strong instinct for news, a flair for creative ideas, and the commercial acumen to manage budgets and drive client profitability.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Proactive and solutions-focused, you’ll be confident mentoring junior colleagues, contributing ideas, and pushing campaigns to deliver beyond client expectations.
