About the role…
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll join the digital team to drive paid-media-led growth, taking full ownership of paid search and PPC performance, alongside paid social. This is a genuinely hands-on role, where you’ll be in-platform daily activating, testing and optimising campaigns rather than managing them at arm’s length through an agency.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
- Owning end-to-end PPC and paid search activity
- Managing and optimising paid social campaigns
- Supporting the development of affiliate marketing
- Analysing performance against ROAS and commercial KPIs, using insight to continuously improve results
About you…
This role would suit a performance-driven paid media specialist who enjoys being close to the detail, thrives in a fast-moving retail environment, and wants genuine ownership of growth channels.
What we’re looking for…
- Proven experience running PPC / paid search and paid social campaigns in-house
- Confident working directly in Google Ads and paid media platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with experience optimising budgets and performance
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on activation
