This agency specialises in all things digital marketing covering channels such as SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Content. Clients wise, this agency work with a string of exciting boutique brands with them being the best in class across client development and growth.
About the role…
As a Digital Account Director, you will join a growing client service department and take lead upon client management for a selection of the agency’s key accounts. You’ll be managing digital accounts across channels such as Web, SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content whilst project managing these campaigns through to completion with the support of the internal activation teams. As a key contact, you’ll be speaking with clients daily to ensure they are updated on campaign progress with you suggesting possible improvements. Given the nature of the clients this agency work with, you’ll have the chance to shape the future growth plans and really make a big difference across development. As a Digital Account Director you’ll be expected to work with the current head of client services and help with the growth of the whole department!
About you…
To be considered for this Digital Account Director role, you’ll need to have experience within a Digital Client Service role within an agency. You’ll need to have a great understanding of all things Web Development, digital performance and marketing (PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Social Media, and PR etc). A proven track record of working with small to medium enterprises with you having assisted with growth, would be a bonus. As this role is part office based, you’ll need to commute to Leeds 3 days a week.
