As CRM Manager, you will lead the brand's customer engagement strategy, creating data-driven campaigns that boost loyalty, retention, and growth across email, SMS, and push channels.

What you will be doing day to day:

  • Developing and executing CRM strategies across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Planning, building, and optimising automated flows and personalised campaigns
  • Segmenting audiences and using data insights to deliver targeted messaging
  • Tracking performance, reporting insights, and recommending improvements
  • Ensuring all communications align with the brand identity and wider content plan
