As CRM Manager, you will lead the brand's customer engagement strategy, creating data-driven campaigns that boost loyalty, retention, and growth across email, SMS, and push channels.
What you will be doing day to day:
- Developing and executing CRM strategies across email, SMS, and push notifications
- Planning, building, and optimising automated flows and personalised campaigns
- Segmenting audiences and using data insights to deliver targeted messaging
- Tracking performance, reporting insights, and recommending improvements
- Ensuring all communications align with the brand identity and wider content plan
