ThePlaceToBe are excited to be partnering with a fast growing brand activation agency working with some of the world\’s biggest retail and lifestyle brands. The agency delivers standout brand through retail activation, in-store toolkits, experiential campaigns and content led work. They\’re now looking for a Creative Project Manager to own the end to end delivery from concept through to build, installation and onsite delivery.
About the role….
As Creative Project Manager you\’ll take the lead on producing immersive retail activations, experiential campaigns and retail installations for global brands. This is a hands on, production led role suited to someone who thrives in fast paced agency environments and loves turning creative ideas into real-world experiences.
What you\’ll be doing day to day…
Owning end-to-end creative production across experiential, retail and brand activation projects
Managing large-scale retail rollouts, in-store activations and pop ups
Leading the production process from concept development, budgeting and scheduling through to onsite delivery
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and confident delivery
Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, managing costs, spreadsheets and allocations
Ensuring consistency, quality and production excellence across every output
About you…
This role would suit a Creative Producer, Senior Producer or Senior Project Manager, Creative Project Manager with strong experiential, retail or brand activation experience, who is confident managing complex builds and large scale rollouts.

Proven agency experience delivering experiential, events, retail or brand activation campaigns
Strong background in production, physical builds and experiential environments
Experience managing suppliers and production teams
Highly organised, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Comfortable juggling multiple projects with tight timelines
Confident working with global clients and multiple stakeholders
A hands on, proactive approach with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences
