This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded agency delivering large-scale live events, brand experiences and creative projects for an impressive portfolio of clients.
As Senior Event Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple projects and events, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly, on time and within budget. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, leading projects through every stage from planning and logistics through to onsite execution.
What you'll be doing day to day…
- Managing multiple projects and live events from brief to delivery
- Coordinate pre-event planning and on-site execution, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, budgets and production schedules
- Leading client communication and building strong stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinating suppliers, production partners and operational teams to ensure successful delivery
- Managing onsite event execution and troubleshooting where required
- Monitoring project finances, including budget control, invoicing and cost reconciliation
- Ensuring all projects adhere to health, safety and risk management procedures
- Collaborating with creative, production and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
About you
This role would suit an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager from an events, experiential, production or agency background who enjoys managing complex projects and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
