ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a great independent digital marketing agency. These guys offer services such as Web Development, Paid Media, SEO, PR and Content Marketing. This digital agency works with a string of exciting brands mostly within the tourism and drinks industry.

About the role...

As a Digital Client Director, the focus of your role will be to lead upon the client servicing for a selection of the agency’s key clients specifically across digital performance projects.

What you’ll be doing day to day...

  • Manage direct client relationships for tier one portfolio
  • Ensure all digital performance (PPC and Social) projects are delivered on time and within budgets with help from the activation teams
  • Line management of a team of 3 Account Directors, sat within a department of 15
  • Sit within a large client service team and work with clients across the eCommerce space
  • Maintenance of secondary client relationships and be escalation point for briefs/issues
  • Active involvement on long term team development including recruitment

About you...

To be considered for this Digital Client Director role you must have a passion for all things digital performance.

What we're looking for...

  • Previous client service / Account management experience within a digital / marketing agency
  • Experience managing accounts across digital performance (SEO, PPC and Social Media)
  • Confidence to manage a team of Client Service specialists
  • Strong experience leading stakeholder meetings and tier one client management
  • Worked with huge brands with digital spends into the £millions per annum
  • Good understanding of the wider digital marketing channels such as Content, PR and Web Development/UX

You must be able to commute to Leeds City Centre, 2 days a week.
