About the Role:
As a Creative Lead specialising in art direction, you will drive the development of groundbreaking creative concepts, with a strong focus on crafting visually compelling and strategically aligned campaigns. Your expertise will span 360-degree initiatives, including earned media, brand activations, integrated campaigns, and high-stakes pitches. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional storytelling skills, you'll create engaging and persuasive creative decks that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll excel both independently and as part of a collaborative team, working closely with inhouse creative teams and client services to bring bold ideas to life. This role requires a keen eye for trends, passion for PR stunts, and commitment to audience engagement will shape your innovative vision, ensuring the work remains fresh, relevant, and impactful across all platforms.
