ThePlaceToBe are excited to be working closely with a great independent digital agency. These guys specialise within Web and UX within the eCommerce space. This digital agency works with a string of exciting brands and operates across the internal space!

As an Account Manager, the focus of your role will be to lead upon the client servicing for a selection of the agency’s key clients specifically across UX / Web and eCommerce.

  • Sit within a large client service team and work with clients across the eCommerce space.
  • Management of client projects including adding, updating and analysing data.
  • Amendment of client website content.
  • Manage new client requests across design, new web features, promotions and activations.
  • Work with the Project Management team to ensure Web/UX changes are implemented on time / within budget.

To be considered for this Account Manager role you must have a passion for all things UX/Web and eCommerce:

  • Previous client service / Account management experience within a Web/UX agency.
  • Experience managing accounts that have had an eCommerce focus.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, CRM, Product Management and Website Development.
  • Be within commutable distance of Leeds; this role is fully remote however requires occasional travel to their central Leeds office.
