Job Overview
The Associate Director, Client Success – UK is responsible for ensuring that Grok’s UK-based institutional partners achieve their international recruitment and enrollment goals. This role involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborating with the Director and AVP to implement inside sales strategies aimed at expanding existing client engagements through Grok’s suite of services. The Associate Director, Client Success – UK will be based remotely in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Institutional Relationship Management :
- Oversee and nurture relationships with UK institutions, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with Grok’s services.
- Serve as a key contact for strategic guidance, helping clients navigate the complexities of international recruitment and enrollment management.
- Provide ongoing consultative support, identifying client challenges and focusing on delivering tailored solutions for individual client needs.
- Ensure clients are equipped with the knowledge and tools to implement successful recruitment campaigns across the UK.
- Facilitate regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure continuous alignment with their institutional goals.
Client Expansion :
- Implement client expansion strategies for existing Grok clients, aimed at increasing their engagement across Grok’s global service lines.
- Collaborate with current clients in exploring new markets and/or services and opportunities globally with Grok.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new and existing clients.
Client Success Measurement and Reporting :
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor client progress and institutional outcomes, ensuring client success metrics are consistently met.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate client success stories, challenges, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to internal teams on improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
Opportunity to Learn Consultative Support :
- Gain experience in providing consultative support for Grok Extended Service Clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in client success, relationship management, or a similar role in the international higher education sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic relationships with higher education institutions in the UK.
- Strong consultative sales experience with a focus on developing existing client accounts.
- Knowledge of international student recruitment, enrollment strategies, and global higher education markets.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
