ThePhoneLab is op zoek naar een enthousiaste Reparatie Specialist voor onze nieuwe winkel in Den Bosch. Jij bent het technische hart van onze winkels; je helpt klanten met hun defecte telefoons, tablets en laptops en zorgt ervoor dat elk device snel én vakkundig wordt hersteld.
Dagelijkse werkzaamheden
De winkel is fris en clean, precies zoals jij ’m graag ziet. Je start de dag met een goede bak koffie of thee en kijkt wat je te wachten staat. Welke afspraken staan er ingepland? Welke reparaties liggen al klaar? Jij zorgt dat alles klopt en dat de winkel er tiptop uitziet voordat de eerste klant binnenloopt.
De eerste klant meldt zich met een probleem aan zijn device. Jij luistert, stelt gerust en noteert alles nauwkeurig in het systeem. De klant gaat even een blokje om, jij gaat geconcentreerd aan de slag. Met zorg en precisie voer je de reparatie uit, zodat alles binnen de afgesproken tijd klaar is. Na je vaste tests is het duidelijk: dit device kan weer door. Jij ook.
Gedurende de dag help je klanten, voer je reparaties uit aan smartphones, tablets en laptops en houd je overzicht. Je checkt binnenkomende online bestellingen en neemt contact op om afspraken in te plannen. Ondertussen blijft de winkel strak: accessoires zijn aangevuld, demo devices staan netjes en de klantentafel ligt er verzorgd bij. Ook loop je werkorders na en houd je de voorraad bij. Het lab is jouw domein, en dat straal je uit.

- Salaris & beloning: Een salaris tussen €2.471 en €2.913 per maand op basis van 38 uur, exclusief 8% vakantiegeld. Als je boven je target presteert, verdien je een bonus op maandtargets.
