Bij ThePhoneLab zijn we op zoek naar getalenteerde laptop reparateurs voor onze winkel in Nijmegen. Een dag als computer reparatie specialist bij ThePhoneLab begint met een frisse start in een schone werkplaats, koffie of thee, en de voorbereiding op een dag vol technische uitdagingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats er tiptop uitziet en alles klaar staat voor een productieve dag. Wanneer klanten binnenkomen, luister je naar hun problemen, noteer je de details precies en voer je een grondige diagnose uit. Je weet als geen ander hoe je een laptop weer tot leven brengt: scherm vervangen, batterijproblemen oplossen, softwarefouten herstellen. Na elke reparatie test je het apparaat uitgebreid om er zeker van te zijn dat alles perfect werkt en de klant tevreden is.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Diagnose en reparatie van laptops (scherm, batterij, software, hardware)
- Klantenservice: luisteren, uitleg geven, kwaliteit waarborgen
- Voorbereiden en onderhouden van de werkplaats
- Testen van gerepareerde apparaten voordat deze worden teruggegeven aan de klant
Wie jij bent
- Ervaring als reparateur van telefoons, tablets of laptops, of sterk enthousiasme en leergierigheid om dit snel te leren.
- Secuur en klantgericht, met oog voor kwaliteit.
- Communicatief sterk en helpt klanten met een heldere uitleg.
- Verkiest graag in een winkelsetting: techniek + klantcontact.
- Flexibel in werktijden en enthousiast om samen met een team een nieuwe winkel te bouwen.
- Vloeiend Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
