The opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Co-ordinator to play a key role in how ThePackHub operates, communicates and delivers. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to someone in their second professional role who wants responsibility, exposure and the chance to build a wide commercial skill set. This role sits at the heart of the business. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Innovation Services team, helping to turn ideas into action and activity into impact.
Rather than being siloed into a narrow function, you will help shape how ThePackHub presents itself to the market, how effectively we use data and insight, and how smoothly our internal operations support client delivery. You will be a self-starter, trusted to own areas of work, improve how things are done, and contribute ideas. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, learning quickly and making things better, and who wants to understand how a small, high-performing consultancy really works.
What you’ll be involved in
- Marketing, digital and insight: You will contribute to how we communicate with our audience across email, our website and digital channels. You will work with performance data, SEO insight and analytics to understand what is working, what is not, and where improvements can be made. You will also help ensure our presence on Google and other platforms is accurate, current and supports discoverability.
- Operational and team support: You will support the smooth running of the business by helping coordinate internal activity, reporting and day-to-day operations. This includes supporting the Innovation Services team with proposals, presentations, data analysis and project delivery, enabling senior colleagues to focus on high-value work.
- Learning and development: Through this role, you will gain exposure to consultancy delivery, innovation projects and commercial decision-making. The role is deliberately broad and offers strong development potential as the business grows.
About you
- You have 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, operations, coordination or support role.
- You are organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- You communicate clearly and pay attention to detail.
- You are confident with PowerPoint and Excel and happy working with data.
- You are comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently.
- You enjoy working in a small team and collaborating remotely.
- Packaging or B2B experience is preferred but not essential.
