Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Care Assistant to join our Care team.

Reporting to Head of Care and Registered Manager.

Experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be given, but high standards, self-motivation, common sense, and a desire to work with the elderly are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helping our clients with personal care and supporting with daily activities such as serving meals, dressing, etc.
  • Encourage clients to eat and drink on time
  • Prompting and support with medications
  • Keeping the care standards high all the time and up-to-date with training and development
  • Overtime pay of £1 extra per hour.
  • Additional working hours are available
  • High quality training and support in all aspects of the role.
  • Uniform will be provided.
