The Role
As our Administrator, you will be responsible for carrying out a full range of administrative tasks in an efficient and effective manner to support the team in achieving their targets and delivering a high standard of service.
You Will Be Expected To
- Arrange dates to obtain warrants and organize forced entries as part of the legal process and court hearings.
- Collate and print all legal letters for hand delivery.
- Check the planned work for the next day to ensure all is correct.
- Handle emails and queries for all areas.
- Answer phone calls from the overspill system.
- Plan month by month for the service requirements for smoke alarms and gas assets.
- Cover any other member of the team's duties in their absence.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by the Aston Group from time to time.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm, and flexibility with working hours is essential as overtime will be required from time to time.
