We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join us as we embark on the opening of more of the Theobalds Estate- Health Club launch- means nutritious and healthy meal options for guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service, working closely with the Head Chef to inspire and lead the evolving brigade. Your Sous Chef responsibilities include:

  • Create, prepare, cook and present dishes - running your section, leading section(s) and coordinating service with colleagues.
  • Mindful of wastage, portions, time efficiencies and working with all departments to ensure smooth service.
  • Supporting Head Chef to lead and mentor less experienced colleagues - working as a team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner.
  • Flexibility to cook and serve on any section to ensure smooth service - great food, every time!
  • Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section.
