We're looking for a Sous Chef to join us as we embark on the opening of more of the Theobalds Estate - Health Club launch - means nutritious and healthy meal options for guests. In a new era in hospitality, make your mark and really drive forwards, embracing our ‘Ownership with Personality’ values.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service, working closely with the Head Chef to inspire and lead the evolving brigade. You'll be creating dishes across both the hotel dining menu, events choices and new health club options too, for our newly launched Health Club.

Your Sous Chef responsibilities include:

  • Create, prepare, cook and present dishes - running your section, leading section(s) and coordinating service with colleagues
  • Mindful of wastage, portions, time efficiencies and working with all departments to ensure smooth service
  • Supporting Head Chef to lead and mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Working as a team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
  • Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clean up and cleanliness of section
